    b. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or received in error. Please notify us within 07 days of receiving the item for exchange eligibility.

    a. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@shreesaibookshop.com. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

    b. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

    c. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Include the return authorization number on the package.

    d. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

  3. Refunds and Exchanges

    a. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 07 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    b. Exchanges: For eligible exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
